Steve was helpful, friendly, and prompt. I was having some issues with my boiler at the property I purchased. I noticed Steve's tag on the side of it, so I figured he maybe serviced it in the past and it couldn't hurt to call. Steve got back to me quickly and was helpful on the phone. He scheduled a visit to come out and take a look. He was even able to come out earlier than expected, and he got the job done in a timely manner. I felt like he treated me fair and was honest. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I needed a small repair on my water heater vent, which was kinda of important since the gas co came to do some work, red tagged it and had no hot water with 3 young children that tend to get messy, plus myself a 18 wheeler women truck driver. I called at 845pm, left a message and was called back within 5 min! He was at my house the next morning at 1030!! Did an excellent job and even did a few other things to my water heater that I did not ask for but was done for safety! I could not be happier!!

I've been a home owner for nearly thirty years. In that time I have always used Steve Pizzella for my plumbing needs. He is Fair and honest. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. I recall once asking him to come to my home in Farmington to change out my faucets to Ball Valve. He looked at what was existing and tightened them up. Told me no need for the new equipment and just billed me for labor. Now that's honest!
