Marc saved us hundreds of dollars when the shower knob broke.The part was no longer available from American Standard. He knew a local source that matched the style and added a small part to make it a perfect fit. He went out of his way to fix it quickly, which is important for a family member for whom the shower was adapted to accommodate his disabilities. RAPs goes the extra mile.

Mark with Raps did an exceptional job! My wall faucet handle had broken and could not be used. I had two other plumbers “fix” it only for it to break again shortly after the repair. Mark gave it some thought and actually fixed it. I have had no issues with it since! My experience with Raps is a very professional, reliable and friendly company.
